Aipu solids control offer suction valves and dump valves. They are available in 6''  8''  10'' and 12'' sizes with screw type operators. All valves are manufactured to suit customer's tank depth, suction height, and suction line requirements.

Summary of mud tank valves

Actually, for mud tank the valves are various kind. Such as gate valve, butterfly valve, suction valve, dump valve, equalizer valve, and so on. The mud tank valves we are talking are customer-built valves fabricated in welding shop with carbon steel or other raw material. Not the standard ones with same look or exact dimension.

Based on valve port / pipe size, there are 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″. This year, we’ve manufactured over 200 tank valves for both domestic clients and overseas clients. Mud tank suction valves  type 

At the beginning we have the tank suction valves configured with handle wheel (We call it screw type operator). Now more and more users prefer suction valve with lever handle. Since the lever handle request less space and provide more convenience during operation. Moreover, lever type suction valves request less cost

Based on valve port / pipe size, there are 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″. This year, we’ve manufactured over 200 tank valves for both domestic clients and overseas clients. To date, Aipu produced mainly the mud tank suction valve with screw operator by the handle wheel, also the suction valve with handle wheel. The flow pattern are two sides flow and elbow flow pattern.

Mud tank dump valves is another popular valve fit on mud tank. Some specifications are similar with mud tank suction valves. To get optimal dump valve to suit users’ demand we need to know the valve size (6″,8″,10″,12″, etc.) as well as the tank depth or user provide the valve general size.

The tank valve height calculation

Firstly, confirm the valve body pipe size. Some valves made of the same tubes on both body and connection port, while some are different.

Then, confirm the tank height. The internal height.

Thirdly, confirm the internal pipe level.

Finally, if any special requirements on handling on the tank top.

Based on the above information, supplier or manufacturers can provide a general drawing. Against confirmation, the mud tank valve can be finished easily.
