Auxiliary Single Joint Elevator for Casing and Tubing
Product Overview
API 8A/8C Single Joint elevators model with SJ and SP are light weight elevator intended to lift single joints (segments) of pipe for assembly into the drill string. The lifting weight limit varies from 5 to 8 tons depending on the size. They are manufactured and certified under API 8C.
SP series auxiliary elevators are mainly used in handling single tubings, casing and drill pipes with taper shoulder. The products shall be designed and manufactured according to API Spec 8A/8C Specification for drilling and production hoisting equipment.
