Introduction
Vertical cutting dryer can recycle a large proportion of synthetic slurry and oil-based mud, reducing waste emissions effectively. Meanwhile it improves the use of waste. TRCD series vertical cutting dryer can recover the oil cuttings in the composition, and processing capacity can arrive 30-50 tons per hour, oil content of cuttings after treatment is generally less than 3%.
Vertical Cuttings Dryer produced by TR Solids Control is a type of vertical centrifuge, which can perform solid/liquid separation through centrifugal separation. The vertical cuttings dryer can effectively recover the liquid phase in drilling cuttings, making the solid phase become very dry. It is suitable for water-base mud, oil-base mud and synthetic base mud. By recovering the mud in drilling cuttings, the vertical cuttings dryer can reduce the drilling cost and cut down environmental pollution.
TRCD series Vertical Cutting Dryer is fixed with individual oil lubrication system with automatic alarm for pressure limit. The main motor and oil pumpmotor is interlocked with each other for avoiding the start of the main motor prior to the start of the oil pump motor.
