The DZKQ-3012-R3HR3 Door Leaf & Cover Hardware Processing Center is a state-of-the-art, integrated machining solution designed to handle all hardware processing needs for both door leaves and door covers in a single, efficient system. It supports a wide range of workpiece dimensions, with a length of 600-3000mm, width of 90-1200mm, and thickness of 22-60mm, making it suitable for various door manufacturing applications. This all-in-one machine performs precise machining of lock holes, hinge mortises, top/bottom bolt grooves, sliding door track slots, closer mortises, paint hanging holes, rebates, as well as lock strike plates and hinge slots on door cover panels. By consolidating multiple processes into one automated unit, it eliminates the need for multiple machines, reduces material handling, and significantly enhances production efficiency and accuracy.
