  • Cr20ni30 Heating Resistance Wire

Ni30Cr20 is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy suitable for temperature applications up to 1100°C. This alloy is characterized by high resistivity, good oxidation resistance, good ductility after use and excellent weldability. Ni35Cr20 is used for a wide range of electric heating elements in domestic appliances.


  • Heating Element

Cr20Ni30 resistance wire is commonly used as the heating element in electric furnaces. It is typically wound into coils or spiral shapes and placed inside the furnace. When current passes through the resistance wire, it undergoes resistive heating, converting electrical energy into heat energy to heat the air or objects inside the furnace.

  • High-Temperature Stability

Cr20Ni30 resistance wire exhibits excellent high-temperature stability, allowing it to operate reliably for extended periods in high-temperature environments without significant oxidation or deformation. This makes it highly suitable for use as heating elements in electric furnaces, capable of withstanding prolonged operation at high temperatures.

  • Rapid Heating

Due to the resistive heating properties of Cr20Ni30 resistance wire, electric furnace heating elements can achieve rapid heating. By adjusting the current intensity, the heating rate and temperature can be controlled flexibly to meet various heating requirements.

Cr20Ni30 resistance wire possesses excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, enabling electric furnace heating elements to operate stably for long periods in harsh environments. As a result, they have a long service life.
