The drum of this machine has undergone precise dynamic balance verification, ensuring smooth operation and low vibration during operation.
The design of the upper and lower covers with double-layer water sealed interlayer ensures low noise during machine operation.
All components of this machine that come into contact with materials are made of advanced stainless steel material, which can effectively reduce the corrosive effect of separated materials and meet food hygiene requirements.
This machine is equipped with a light and heavy phase discharge centripetal pump. The diameter of the light phase centripetal pump is fixed, while the radius of the heavy phase centripetal pump is adjustable. By adjusting the diameter of the heavy phase centripetal pump through the touch screen, the position of the light and heavy phase interface can be adjusted to achieve the best separation effect. At the same time, the centrifugal separator can automatically return to the minimum position when discharging slag, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of oil leakage in the machine.
The power transmission of this machine adopts a hydraulic coupling and a pair of spiral speed increasing gears, which use liquid to transmit power, ensuring stable speed increase and overload protection.
This machine is equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet. It is composed of touch screen display screen, industrial computer, vibration detector, oil leakage alarm device, and machine overload automatic protector, etc. It has a high degree of automation, strong adaptability to process adjustment, convenient adjustment, and can greatly reduce the operating intensity of workers.

DHZ series disc centrifuge for vegetable oil refining are widely used in continuous degumming, neutralizing, dewaxing, and washing of vegetable oils .
