Main structure and purpose of the Pulse filter

The filter is mainly composed of a filtering tank body, filter element, slag discharge mechanism, cover lifting mechanism, etc. Its structure is shown in the figure.

1. Filter tank body

The filter tank is a closed container composed of a cylinder and a top cover connected by quick opening bolts. The flange between the top cover and the tank body is sealed with a rectangular rubber gasket, and the inside of the filter tank body is composed of a filter element and a liquid collection pipe.

2. Filter element

The filter element is the main working component of the filter machine. The filter element is composed of an outer filter bag and an inner filter tube. The middle part is the filtrate flow channel, the lower part of the filter element is the filtrate collection chamber, and the upper part is the connection joint between the filter element and the liquid collection pipe.

3.Slag discharge device

After filtering the material, the filter has an automatic back blowing and slag falling device. The lower part of the filter tank is equipped with a large-diameter pneumatic or manual slag discharge valve. The compressed air of the pneumatic butterfly valve actuator should be filtered and lubricated with oil mist.

After the liquid in the filter is emptied and the filter cake has been cleaned and dried, compressed air (which should be clean and dry) is used for back blowing, and enters the filter bag through the central pipe. The filter bag is impacted by reverse gas, and cracks are generated in the vertical direction when the external dry filter cake expands. When the filter bag expands to its maximum, the movement stops and the filter cake is thrown off and falls.

4. Cover lifting mechanism

The cover lifting mechanism of the filter is a spiral lifting mechanism, and lubricating oil should be added to the oil cup before each lifting. It is strictly prohibited to stand under the suspended head cover.

5.Water cleaning device

The water cleaning device is mainly used to clean the residue on the filter element and cylinder wall.
