Dikai DKW816 HOT INK ROLLER is suitable to be used on any ink roll coders available in the market to print MFG/ EXP date and lot/ batch numbers, etc on packing films like PP, PE, PVC etc. With excellent characteristics, they are able to produce at high speed with instant dry and highly legible printing that has a good adhesion and rub resistant property.

Packaging & Shipping
1. Start up and preheat for 5-10 minutes, and the temperature can reach about 100℃. 2. Turn on the control switch and operation switch of the coder, and then print a single sheet to check whether the signal of the photoelectric switch is normal. 3. The photoelectric switch senses once. The printing wheel should be rotated once (i.e., printing once), and the counter should count once before it is normal. 4. Adjust the printing wheel and printing wheel to an appropriate contact depth of about 0.05? –-0.01mm or so. 5. Adjust the printing wheel and ink wheel to an appropriate contact depth of about 0.05-0.10 mm. 6. It is most appropriate to adjust the diffuse knob between 6-8 scale values. 7. When the above steps are correct, printing can be started.
