Our production line is the perfect combination of art and craftsmanship. From the selection of raw materials, we pay attention to texture and comfort, and choose high-quality natural cotton fibers and delicate non-woven materials. In the molding process, learn from the inspiration of handmade origami art, through the mechanical arm to simulate manual folding action, so that the diaper has a unique three-dimensional texture and shape, not only increase the contact area with the baby's skin, improve comfort, but also enhance the beauty of the product.
The composite process uses a combination of manual laminating and machine pressing to perfectly integrate materials with different functions, such as materials containing silver ion antibacterial layers and highly absorbent layers, to ensure excellent product performance.
