In terms of the forming process of diapers, the mold is refined and polished and maintained to extend the service life of the mold. At the same time, the mold shape is fine-tuned according to the product feedback, so that the formed product is more suitable for the human body, and the product comfort and pass rate are improved. The production line also optimizes the material transportation path, rationally arranges the raw material stacking area and various production links, reduces the material handling time, gives full play to the equipment capacity, and improves the overall production efficiency.
