Hirono's flying saw cutting head is treated with a special coating to extend cutting life. The unique tooth profile design is a highlight, enabling clean cutting of both welded pipes with internal welding ribs and non-ribbed pipes. The smooth and flat cut reduces post-processing. Additionally, the tooth profile and back can be customized: high-sharpness teeth for efficient cutting of thin-walled and stainless steel pipes, or impact-resistant teeth for thick-walled pipes and high-strength steel. It is widely used in pipe manufacturing for petroleum, chemical, automotive, construction and other industries.
