Self-contained auto loader features small space occupation, small material loading, economic in cost. It is always placed at the top of hopper dryer or storage tank to load plastic granules.
It is not suitable for materials with much dust and flake-like recycled plastic, because it uses carbon brush motor which is liked to be blocked by the dust.
Due to its small size and light weight, it is flexible and easy to move for loading materials for several machines.
OAL adopts carbon brush motor with fast rotating speed and large air quantity.
Small space occupation and easy movement and installation.
Wire-control controller is user-friendly with automatic cleaning function.
Hopper and base mount positions are adjustable.
Equipped with reed switch with high sensitivity and stable quality
Equipped with hinged hopper lid that connected by hinges for easy mesh cleaning.
Complete safety protection function device, like electricity indicator, phase-reversing alarm, material shortage and motor overloading alarm.
Completely avoid the danger of manually loading material, thus save manpower cost and improve work efficiency.
The control device starts the vacuum motor to take out the air in the hopper, the material valve is closed meanwhile, thus negative pressure is created. With the function of negative pressure, material in the storage tank is delivered to the hopper through material pipe. The vacuum motor stops working when the suction time comes out, the material valve is opened by material, then material falls into injection machine or other equipment.

In the bellow application, 2 pcs of OAL auto loaders are placed at the top of 2 OHD hopper dryers fo loading plastic materials into them for drying, the OHD-O hopper dryers is equipped with ORD-H. The dried plastic resin is then taken to mix with other materials and to the extruder for production.
OAL series auto loader is installed at the top of OHD-O hopper dryers for loading plastic pellets to the hopper dryer, it combines the auto loader and hopper receiver into 1 single machines, features small space occupation and easy for movement. Greatly flexible for different applications, OAL auto loader is warmly welcome in all plastic injection companies.
