The high-speed roller feeder is the most cost-effective, energy-efficient and low-failure feeding device among the five commonly used feeders in the stamping industry. Therefore, it has become the preferred punch feeder for current stamping customers.
The six high-speed roller feeders use the following precautions:
1. The actual maximum feeding material width of the high-speed roller feeder is not the specification indicated on the model, but should be reduced by 10mm in the actual specification.
2. The continuous stamping feeding step of the high-speed roller feeder should be adjusted to be slightly larger than the inching test mode.
3. After the punching machine is replaced with the mold, the feeding height of the roller feeder should be adjusted accordingly to ensure that it is at the same level as the material line height of the actual matching mold.
4. After the stamping process changes and adjusts the step of the roller feeder, the position of the rocker arm and the tie rod needs to be adjusted.
5. In the process of using the stamping automatic production line, when it is necessary to stop the machine, it is necessary to stop the punching machine and then stop the sequence of the flattening machine. Avoid insufficient feeding due to premature shutdown of the leveling machine, causing the punch to mis-shoot and damage the mold.
6. When the high-speed roller feeder is in use, if there is any problem such as inaccurate feeding, material feeding, and looseness, it is necessary to stop immediately for maintenance, find out the problem, and completely eradicate before restarting production.
