Overview
Electromagnetic clutch refers to a friction clutch that generates pressing force by electromagnetic force. Electromagnetic clutch is also called electromagnetic coupling. The device is an automatically executed electrical appliance. The electromagnetic clutch can be used to control the starting, reverse, speed regulation and braking of the machine. It has the advantages of simple structure, fast action, small control energy, and convenience for remote control; although small in size, it can transmit large torque; when used for brake control, it has the advantages of rapid and stable braking, so electromagnetic clutches are widely used It is used in various processing machine tools and mechanical transmission systems.
