1)Main Features
1) The edge-leader feeding system adopt light pressure type, It reduce friction between paperboard and the platform
2) Fully automatic PLC control , adjust feeder , printer , slotter , die cutter by computer
3)All printer units with ceramic anilox rollers and doctor blades - makes the printing part with high precision
4)Our rubber mat for die cutting mould use Maxdura brand ,and die cutter roller thickness up to 15mm .
5)Very high speed - working speed can reach up to 200pcs /min
6) Electric button control machine from the alarm bell, continuous ringing warning, to ensure the safety of workers
2)Feeding part
1.up roller use the soft rubber shaft ,so when feed the board ensure the not broken the board , wearing rubber shaft , make the balance correct ,keep the paper feed steady and accurate. 2.The lower feed roller with embossing roller diameter ¢ 175 mm, seamless steel pipe, embossed hard chrome plating. 3.feeding roller cross slider-type dial dial manually adjust the adjustment range of 0 ~ 12 mm. Adjustment does not affect the gear gap, to ensure transmission accuracy.
3)Printer slotter die cutter part
1.Printer unit ,printing color on corrugated paperboard , it can be 1 color , 2 color , 3 color , 4 color , 5 color . this machine is 2 color
2. slotter unit , for standard box cutting , box size is adjustable
3.Die cutter unit , for special box cutting , install different die cutting mould can make different design carton box
4.slotter and die cutter can combined in same unit , machine price is better
