This machine addresses this key requirement by integrating automated pressing and forming functions, ensuring that each corner is uniformly shaped to meet strict height tolerances (±0.5mm). Its adaptive design accommodates various sink types, including undermount, drop-in, and farmhouse styles, with a focus on processing the right-angle or rounded bottom corners that determine how the sink sits in countertops and maintains its vertical dimensions.

 

Equipped with height-calibration sensors and adjustable pressure settings (800-3000N), the SBCPF-800H allows operators to program specific parameters based on the sink’s target height (ranging from 150mm to 500mm, suitable for most standard and deep-basin designs). The forming mechanism uses precision-machined dies to press and smooth corner seams, eliminating sharp edges, ensuring water flow efficiency, and enhancing the sink’s load-bearing capacity—critical for withstanding daily use.

 

Constructed with anti-corrosive stainless steel components to resist water and metal debris, the machine features a user-friendly HMI touchscreen for real-time monitoring of corner height, forming angle (85°-90° for optimal water retention), and processing speed (up to 30 sinks per hour for heavy-gauge steel).
