Working Principle

Depending on the energization state of the electromagnetic coil, the valve spool can be switched to different positions, thus changing the flow direction of the hydraulic oil in the valve.
Flow Characteristics in Type Y: In the Y type configuration, when the valve spool is in the neutral position, the relationship between the ports is such that it allows for a specific flow path design. This can be used for functions like facilitating certain hydraulic operations or system balancing. When the valve spool is actuated by the electromagnetic force, the flow direction of the hydraulic oil among ports P, A, B, and T changes, controlling the movement direction and speed of hydraulic components in the concrete pump truck's hydraulic system.
