Design and Structure

Valve Body Structure: The valve body of the 4WE10H3X/CG24N9K4 is made of high-quality alloy steel, which has high strength and wear resistance, and can withstand the high pressure and impact of the hydraulic system in the concrete pump truck. Its structure is compact and reasonable, which is convenient for installation and connection in the hydraulic system.

Electromagnetic Actuator: It is equipped with a high-performance electromagnetic actuator, which can quickly and accurately control the movement of the valve spool. The electromagnetic actuator uses a DC 24V power supply (CG24 in the model), which has strong anti-interference ability and stable performance. Working Principle

Electromagnetic Control: When the electromagnetic coil is energized, it generates a magnetic field, which attracts the armature and drives the valve spool to move. According to the different energization states of the electromagnetic coil, the valve spool can be switched to different positions, thereby realizing the switching of the hydraulic oil flow direction in the valve.

Flow Control: In the H type function, when the valve spool is in the neutral position, all ports (P, A, B, T) are interconnected, allowing the hydraulic oil to flow freely between each port. This provides a special flow path for the hydraulic system, which can be used to achieve functions such as system unloading and oil return. When the valve spool is shifted to other positions by the electromagnetic actuator, the flow direction of the hydraulic oil between the ports P, A, B and T will change, so as to control the movement direction and speed of the hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor in the concrete pump truck's hydraulic system.
