Assembly:

Our factory has arranged seven steps for the assembly process, and with over a thousand parts in a loader, I will now elaborate on the assembly of the major components.

During the sixth step of assembly, the following tasks are completed: The cylinder liner is installed for the boom, tilt arm, and pull rod, and the lifting and tilting cylinder is also installed. Then, the pull rod and boom are installed, and the working part is connected to the loader body using a crane. Finally, the pipeline is connected. This step involves many sleeves and pins. The connection between the boom, tilt arm, and cylinder must rely on the sleeve and pin, and the connection part should not be too loose or too tight. So, what is suitable? The diameter of the arm hole in the boom should be 10 centimeters larger than the outer diameter of the sleeve.

Our workers must exert a lot of effort at this stage. When they hammer the pin with a rubber hammer, they should take care not to damage the parts and welded joints. Additionally, we will also put a circle of flower cap bolts outside the pin of the middle arm to reinforce the pin. This is a unique design of our product. Do you remember the articulated bearing? This flower cap is also used in articulated bearings. It is mainly used in places with high stress and that are easy to wear.

As this installation stage is complex, we have assigned 2-3 workers to complete it.
