MACHINE APPLICATION:
Jinglin is able to offer you a complete choice of tilters which include mechanical coil tilters and hydraulic coil tilters for tilting steel coils from eye vertical position to horizontal position or vice versa.
The FZ-04 coil tilter is used for tilting heavy objects with different specifications for 90 degree with max loading capacity 4tons.
The turning machine is simple in structure, low in cost, high in efficiency, safe and reliable.
BASIC FEATURES:
1.Special double chain drive, oblique gear and worm speed reducer.
2.Reasonable four-roller device for object holding makes tuning smooth and steady.
3.Independent electrical panel control for easy and safe operation.
4.Micrometric setting for adjusting the floor level.
5.Converter controls, Fast, stable and safe.
6.Both electric & mechanical limit restrictors adopted to grantee safe operation.
7.The machine can be stopped at any angle during turning.
8.Emergence stop and position locking function avoid rotation.
