Product Specification
High Light | stainless steel exhaust gas tower ,chemical solvent environmental protection equipment ,organic solvent exhaust gas equipment |
I. Core Structure and Operating Principle
1. Tower Construction
Constructed of 304/316L stainless steel, it offers high corrosion resistance and is suitable for acidic, alkaline, and organic solvent-containing exhaust gas environments, with a service life of over 10 years.
The main structure includes a spray system (stainless steel/PP nozzles), a packing layer (polyhedral hollow spheres, Raschig rings), a mist eliminator (baffles/wire mesh), and a circulating water tank. The tower diameter typically ranges from 500mm to 3000mm, with customizable height.
2. Purification Process
Exhaust Gas Intake: Exhaust gas enters the tower through a fan at the bottom or top, where it passes through a primary filter to remove large particulate matter.
Spray Reaction: The spray liquid (e.g., NaOH solution) is atomized through the nozzles and countercurrently contacts the exhaust gas, removing pollutants (such as HCl, SO₂, and VOCs) through chemical neutralization or physical adsorption. Packing reinforcement: The packing layer increases the gas-liquid contact area, improving mass transfer efficiency; the mist eliminator intercepts droplets, ensuring that the purified gas meets emission standards.
Recycling: Wastewater is pressurized by a circulation pump and repeatedly sprayed, reducing resource consumption.
II. Technical Parameters and Performance
Parameter Category | Specific Specifications |
Air Volume | 1,000-100,000 m³/h (adjusted based on tower size and number of layers) |
Spray System | Number of nozzles: 10-50/layer, spray density: 1-3 L/m²·s, spray pressure: 0.1-0.5 MPa |
Packing Layer | Filling height: 0.5-2 m, material: PP or stainless steel, surface area: ≥ 300 m²/m³ |
Demisting Efficiency | Gas humidity: ≥ 95%, dehydrated gas humidity: ≤ 50 mg/m³ |
Applicable Temperature | Temperature: -20°C to 200°C (cooling or insulation measures required based on exhaust gas temperature) |
III. Typical Application Scenarios
Chemical/Electroplating Industry: Treats highly corrosive acid gases such as hydrogen chloride and sulfuric acid mist, with a neutralization efficiency of 95%-98%.
Electronics/Coating Industry: Purifies VOCs such as benzene and xylene from paint spray exhaust, achieving a comprehensive removal rate of 70%-85%.
Metallurgy/Pharmaceutical Industry: Treats welding fumes, metal dust, and organic solvent exhaust, achieving a particle interception rate of ≥90%.
IV. Equipment Advantages
Corrosion Resistance: The stainless steel construction withstands strong acids (such as nitric acid and hydrochloric acid), strong bases, and organic solvents, ensuring long-term stable operation.
Efficient Purification: The multi-stage spraying combined with a packing layer design achieves a comprehensive purification efficiency exceeding 95%, complying with emission standards such as GB16297-1996.
Energy-Saving: The circulating water system reduces water consumption, and automated control minimizes manual intervention, resulting in low maintenance costs.
Flexible Adaptability: Supports vertical and horizontal configurations and can be connected in series with activated carbon adsorption or catalytic combustion equipment to treat complex exhaust gases.
V. Key Operation and Maintenance Points
Regular Inspection: Monitor the pH of the circulating fluid (recommended pH for acidic exhaust gas: 8-10, pH for alkaline exhaust gas: 6-8).
Clean nozzle blockages every three months and replace the packing layer every six to twelve months.
Pretreatment Requirements: High-temperature exhaust gas (>80°C) requires a pre-cooling device to prevent equipment deformation.
Exhaust gas containing oil mist requires a cyclone separator or dry filter.
VI. Precautions
Exhaust Gas Temperature Control: Avoid prolonged over-temperature operation (>200°C) to prevent oxidation and embrittlement of stainless steel.
Material Selection: 316L stainless steel is recommended for high-concentration chlorine or fluorine-containing exhaust gas to improve corrosion resistance.
Safety Protection: Equipped with explosion-proof fans, fire sprinkler systems, and emergency exhaust devices.
I. Core Structure
1. Tower Body
Constructed of 304/316L stainless steel, it features high strength, high-temperature resistance (applicable temperature range -20°C to 200°C), and resistance to strong acid and alkali corrosion, making it suitable for treating highly corrosive waste gas in applications such as chemical and electroplating industries.
Typically designed as a vertical cylindrical structure with a diameter range of Φ500mm-Φ3000mm, it is highly customizable.
2. Spray System
This system includes stainless steel/PP nozzles, spray piping, and a circulation pump. The nozzles achieve atomized particle sizes of 50-200μm, a spray density of 1-3 L/m²·s, and a spray pressure of 0.1-0.5 MPa.
Multiple spray stages (1-3 layers) create countercurrent or cocurrent gas-liquid contact, enhancing pollutant absorption efficiency.
3. Packing Layer
Using stainless steel wire mesh, multi-faceted hollow balls, or Raschig rings, with a filling height of 0.5-2m and a specific surface area ≥300 m²/m³, this layer increases the gas-liquid contact area and improves mass transfer reaction efficiency.
4. Demister
Adopting a baffle or wire mesh structure, it achieves a demister efficiency ≥95%, separating residual droplets and particulate matter above PM2.5 from the gas, ensuring exhaust gas humidity ≤50 mg/m³.
5. Circulating Water System
Includes a circulating water tank, corrosion-resistant circulating pump, and supporting piping, enabling the recycling of spray liquid and reducing operating costs. Some units incorporate an automatic dosing system to adjust the pH of the absorption liquid (e.g., NaOH or H₂SO₄ solution).
6. Auxiliary Components
Air Inlet/Outlet: Optimizes airflow distribution and reduces wind resistance (≤800 Pa).
Inspection Window and Access: Conveniently monitor the internal packing status and facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Electronic Control System: Integrated liquid level and pH monitoring and explosion-proof control modules enable automated operation.
II. Functional Collaboration Process
1. Exhaust Gas Path: Exhaust gas enters the tower from the bottom air inlet → reacts with the spray liquid through the packing layer → dehydrates through the demister → purified gas is discharged from the top outlet.
2. Liquid Path: A circulating pump draws liquid from the water tank → atomizes it through the spray system → reacts with the exhaust gas and then returns it to the water tank.
III. Differentiated Design Highlights
Material Selection: 316L stainless steel is preferred for high-concentration chlorine or fluorine-containing exhaust gases to improve pitting corrosion resistance.
Layout Compatibility: Supports vertical (compact) or horizontal (high air volume) installation. Activated carbon adsorption towers, catalytic combustion equipment, and other components can be connected in series to form a deep purification system.
1.High cost performance: Based on the customer's product positioning and development strategy, and with economic affordability as the foundation, we achieve the best cost performance.
2.The advanced and meticulous design concept of the equipment, along with the highly automated industrial equipment, showcases the image of a modern and advanced enterprise.
3. It has high adaptability, meeting the current production requirements and reserving room for development, taking into account the needs of increased production and improved quality in the future.
4.Quality compliance strictly adheres to the ISO900 quality management system, with every minute detail of the entire equipment installation being strictly controlled.
