Equipment Description:

 

I. Working Principle
After the workpiece is loaded into the drum, a DC motor drives the drum to rotate, causing the part to repeatedly tumble and fall inside. The plating solution circulates through the micropores, covering the workpiece surface. Metal ions are evenly deposited under the action of the electric field.
An external rectifier (50-200A DC power supply) and filter pump (PP high-precision filter element) maintain the activity of the plating solution and reduce residual impurities.
