1. Pre-processing equipment
function : remove the surface of the pump oil, rust, oxidation layer, enhance the coating bonding force.
Core structure : sand blasting machine (quartz sand/steel shot, Sa2.5 cleanliness)
degreasing tank (alkaline cleaning agent, ultrasonic assisted)
pickling tank (hydrochloric acid/sulfuric acid to remove rust)
phosphating tank (zinc phosphating to form anti-corrosion layer)
pure water bath (conductivity ≤20μs/cm)

Two, spraying system
Equipment type : high pressure airless spray gun (suitable for high viscosity anti-corrosion paint)
