The spring powder spraying (powder spraying) production line is used for anti-corrosion, wear-resistant or beautiful treatment of the spring surface. The powder coating is uniformly sprayed through the principle of electrostatic adsorption, and the dense coating is formed by high temperature curing. The production line has the characteristics of automation, high efficiency and strong environmental protection , which is suitable for mass production of springs in automobile, machinery, household appliances and other fields. Operation process for feeding - pretreatment (sandblasting - skim - washing) - drying - electrostatic spraying , curing - cooling -. Full and environmental protection requirements equipped with explosion-proof device (spraying area), waste gas incineration system (VOCs treatment). Comply with ISO 14001 environmental standards, powder utilization ≥85%.
1. Core equipment composition and function
1, pretreatment system function : remove oil and rust on the surface of the spring, enhance the adhesion of the coating.
Equipment includes : sandblasting machine/shot blasting machine (surface roughness) degreasing tank (alkaline solution cleaning) Washing tank (rinsing residue) Phosphating tank (increase rust resistance, optional)
2, powder spraying system electrostatic duster : The use of high voltage electrostatic generator, the powder charged after uniform adsorption to the spring surface. Adjustable gun Angle, air pressure and powder output, suitable for different spring shapes. powder supply center : store and circulate powder, equipped with sifter to filter impurities.
3. curing system high temperature curing furnace : temperature range: 180~220℃ (depending on powder type). Heating method: electric heating or gas heating, with hot air circulation function. Curing time: 10 to 30 minutes (make sure the coating is fully cross-linked).
4, automatic conveying system suspension chain/conveyor belt : high temperature chain, bearing the spring workpiece through each process.
The speed can be adjusted (1~5m/min) to match the production rhythm.
5. powder recovery system
cyclone separation + filter element recovery device : recovery rate ≥95%, reduce powder waste. Equipped with pulse blowback device to prevent blocking of filter element.
6, intelligent control system
PLC+ touch screen centralized control, real-time monitoring of temperature, wind speed, spraying parameters. Fault alarm and data recording function, support process parameters cloud storage.
