Definition and function of electrical control system

 

The so-called electrical control system refers to a combination of several electrical components, which uses PLC control technology to achieve control of one or some equipment objects, thereby ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the controlled equipment. The main functions of the electrical control system are: automatic control, protection, monitoring and measurement. It is mainly composed of three parts: input part (such as sensors, switches, buttons, etc.), logic part (such as relays, contacts, etc.) and execution part (such as electromagnetic coils, indicator lights, etc.).A complete coating line needs to be equipped with a scientific and reasonable electrical control system to ensure the normal operation of the coating production line.

The coating process equipment is numerous, with complex structures, demanding process requirements, and precise electrical control requirements. According to the configuration of coating process equipment and systems, the electrical control system can be divided into pre-treatment, electrophoresis equipment electrical control system, catenary equipment electrical control system, rectifier equipment electrical control system, pure water equipment electrical control system, air conditioning equipment electrical control system, drying tunnel, RTO equipment electrical control system, mechanical transportation equipment electrical control system, paint conveying and mixing equipment electrical control system, robot equipment electrical control system, central control equipment electrical control system, etc.

 

 

 

Painting electronic control system structure

 

The coating electrical control system, referred to as the coating electrical control system, is generally composed of a monitoring layer, a control layer, and an equipment layer. The monitoring layer is located in the upper network layer. A central control room is set up in the workshop, and computers, servers and printers are set up in the room to form a PMC system. All monitoring computers and the PLC of the electrical control system are connected together through the workshop-level industrial Ethernet (Ethernet, the communication protocol is TCP/IP). The operating status of each controlled device in the workshop is monitored through Ethernet (referring to a system that can transmit data to the computer monitoring system through Ethernet). The control layer is the core of the entire electrical control system and plays a "connecting" role in the entire system. It uses PLC as the main control unit, receives data information (digital or analog input signals) sent from the field through the field bus, and after CPU calculation and processing, issues corresponding instructions (output signals) to realize the control of the field equipment. At the same time, the PLC of each major control system is equipped with an Ethernet network interface, which is connected to the workshop industrial Ethernet as an information point. The equipment layer is the key link of the entire control system, which mainly includes field operation stations, field equipment detection units (proximity switches, photoelectric switches, etc.), other field input devices (such as control buttons, etc.), and display devices (such as indicator lights, etc.). It is connected to the PLC in the control layer through the field bus, sends input signals to the PLC, and accepts control instructions from the PLC.

 

 

Design steps, principles and contents of painting electronic control system

 

The purpose of the process design of the electrical control system is to meet the manufacturing and use requirements of electrical control equipment. After completing the design of the electrical schematic diagram and the selection of electrical components, the overall configuration of the electrical control equipment can be carried out, that is, the design of the general assembly diagram and the general wiring diagram, and then the electrical assembly diagram and wiring diagram of each part can be designed, and the component catalog, input and output line number and main material list of each part and other technical information can be listed, and finally the instruction manual can be written. 1. The design principles of the coating electrical control system are as follows: (1) to maximize the requirements of coating production and process for electrical control circuits; (2) on the premise of meeting production requirements, strive to make the control circuit simple and economical; (3) to ensure the reliability and safety of the control circuit; (4) easy operation and maintenance. 2.
