Introduction
Our Clean Room Air Shower systems are factory fabricated air shower enclosures that play vital role in removing surface particles from personnel and material prior to entering and exiting from a controlled environmental area. These air showers are installed before the entrance to clean rooms and other controlled environments. Bionics Scientific is a leader in manufacturing of custom designed air showers units that are especially designed to meet individual requirements of customers from wide area of operation from semi-conductors, pharmaceuticals, spray painting, microelectronics, paint shop and packaging etc.
All these units are in house designed and fabricated. Ensuring 100% safe and adequate working, these air showers prior to shipping and delivery are tested in the factory for quality control purposes. Each system is equipped with high quality air filtration systems, motors, controls, air blowers, interlocking doors, adequate lighting fittings, electrical panel and micro-processor based controls etc. We have full supply of spare parts and additional accessories hence these Clean Room Air Showers are economical to use and require minimal maintenance.
Application: Air shower is widely used in LCD and Optoelectronic Display, PCB, microelectronics, dust-free coating, aseptic packaging, medical care, Pharmacy,auto glass and precision parts.

1, Fully auto controlled by computer, 2 electronic interlocking door, automatically blow and shower.
2, Duration for showering can be adjusted from 0 second to 99 seconds with time display and voice prompt. It is easy to operate with membrane touch switches.
3, Floor and nozzles are made of quality stainless steel.
4, 99.99%@0.3μm, Efficiency can reach 99.99%@0.3μm with pre filter and hepa filter.
5, 20m/s air velocity can up to 20m/s. professional and fast design, non-standard products.
