General description:
Chocolate spread making machine is the universal solution for making pure chocolate, compounds, coatings, pralines, truffles and fillings, etc from small to medium capacities.
Our chocolate spread making machine is versatile which means 3 in 1 manufacturing solution fullfillng the function of raw materials mixing, refining and conching. Once a mixed mass is procured, the refining and conching process will start.
Our chocolate spread making machine has a main shaft which equipped with blades and with an automatic pressure adjustment motor to adjust the pressure on the raw materials between the blades and lining bars. It allows reliable process control to achieve and maintain constant mass quality between batches. Moreover, our conche refiner has solenoid valve and automatic temperature water system. It makes proper temperature inside conche refiner come true and customer will obtaine delicate chocolate mass.
Features:
1.Material of blades and lining bars are Manganese steel which with long living time. Moreover, every piece of lining bars will be processed and strengthened by our special heating system. 2. It’s controlled by control panel. But PLC control is optional; 3. It’s suitable for medium and big capacity chocolate manufacturers and confectionery manufacturers; 4. Our chocolate spread making machine are made by strict manufacturing technique, so its performance is stable always.
1. Since our chocolate spread making machine is very convenient for customers in chocolate industry and confectionery industry, it’s one of our hot sale products always. 2. We can make 50 sets of chocolate conche refiner/month. Moreover, except motor and electrical components, almost all parts are made by ourselves. So we can control our quality very well.
We have CE certificate and IS09001, morover, we can customize UL standard chocolate machines for customers from USA and Canada. Our products have been approved by our customers since 1994.
1. Inner package is film for water proof; 2. Outside package is non-fumigation case or pallet, depends on what machine it is. 3. Generally, products will be exported from Shanghai. We can deliver our goods to any port in China too.
Q1: What is your warranty period? A1: Our warranty is 12 months or 14 months after shipment.
Q2: Will you test the machine after manufacturing? A2: Yes. All our machines will be tested with oil or raw materials before shipping by our technician.
Q3: Can you supply machines which conform to European Standard or American standard? A3: Yes. We exported our machines to USA, Canada, Hungary and Belgium, etc.
Q4: What’s the raw material of lining bars and blades? A4: Both of them are manganese steel. Moreover, every piece of lining bars will be processed by heating system to improve their hardness.
Q5: Do you provide recipe if customer buys conche refiner? A5: Yes, we can provide a basic recipe, then customer can adjust the recipe according to customer's local market demand.
Q6: Do you provide instruction manual and maintenance schedule? A6: Yes. We will provide detailed instruction manual and maintenance schedule before shipping.
Q7: Can you make customized conche refiner? A7: Yes, we can customize our conche refiners according to customer’s requirements, like PLC control, vent fan, sampling valve,etc.
