Introduction:
Octyltriethoxysilane is a high-efficiency penetrating concrete silane impregnation protective agent with the active ingredient. It has the advantages of good permeability and waterproofness. Its unique small molecule structure has excellent penetration ability and can penetrate into the base surface to form a long-lasting hydrophobic three-dimensional silicone resin network structure.
Uses:
1. n-Octyltriethoxysilane can be used as a building waterproofing agent and protective agent. It can form a hydrophobic layer on the surface of the substrate, effectively preventing water seepage, sunlight, acid and alkali erosion, and extending the service life of the building.
2. n-Octyltriethoxysilane can be used as an inorganic filler surface treatment agent to improve the dispersibility and compatibility of fillers in plastics, rubbers, and resins.
3. n-Octyltriethoxysilane is used as a dispersant for pigments, making the treated pigments have better dispersibility.
