Ceramic shot peening has high vicker hardness over 700HV and low breakdown rate,it can be used for shot
peening for hard steel, titanium and aluminum,when sprayed on the metal surface,high energy at the impact
point on the metallic substrate will be transferred,it will keep the integrity of peened surface and achieve
smooth and uniform surface finish;
Ceramic Shot peening contains 62-66% ZrO2,its fine microstructure ensures it is not easy to be breakdown in
the peening process,people do not need to refuel the new beads frequently,it will save the refuel time and
improve the blasting effciency.Ceramic shot peening can be recycled 70-90 times,its service life has been
