Ceramic beads is one round solid beads,it is one clean and high efficiency blasting media,which is widely
used for metal surface finishing. Ceramic beads selects the high quality zircon sand as main material,then
fused in arc furnace under high temperature. It has wide particle size from the coarsest size
B20(0.600-0.850mm) to the fine size B505(0.010-0.030mm),which can match most types of blasting
equipments.

Different chemical composition: Ceramic beads contains 60-66% ZrO2,7-13% Al2O3,25-30% SiO2;
while zirconium silicate beads contains 65% ZrO2, 25-30% SiO2, 1% max other substance.
Different production process: Ceramic beads is made by melting process,while zirconium silicate beads
is made by sintering process.
Different particle size: the particle size of ceramic beads is ranged from B20(0.600-0.850mm),and the
one of zirconium silicate beads is from 0.2-10mm.
Different applications: ceramic beads is one clean blasting media,widely used for metal surface finishing,
which matches most types of blasting equipment;while zirconium silicate beads is one grinding media,
widely used for grinding&dispersing of low or medium viscosity slurry,which matches sand mill.
