2. SS butterfly valve (also known as stainless steel flap valve) adopts three eccentric multi-layer metal hard sealing structure, SS butterfly valve is widely used in metallurgical, electric power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, municipal construction and other industrial pipelines with medium temperature ≤ 425 ℃, for regulating flow and carrying off fluid.
3. The SS butterfly valve adopts three eccentric structure, the SS butterfly valve seat and disc sealing surface are made of different hardness and stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance and long service life.

Cause analysis and solution of SS butterfly valve corrosion
1. The SS butterfly valve was corroded during use. Through metallographic structure analysis, dyeing test face, heat treatment test face, SEM and other test analysis, SS butterfly valve is found that the key factor of material corrosion is that the carbide precipitation along the grain boundary forms chromium poor zone, which causes SS butterfly valve corrosion.
2. The SS butterfly valve made of CF8M was corroded during use. After normal heat treatment, austenitic stainless steel should have austenite structure at room temperature and good corrosion resistance.
3. In order to analyze the corrosion reason of SS butterfly valve, samples were taken on it for analysis.
