Level 2: Deep fiber media removes 3 microns of solid and liquid particles

7 Grade—Hankison Universal Gas Pipeline Filter Cartridge

Suitable for filtering liquid water and oil. Can be removed as small as 1 micron solid particles (1.0 ppm w/w maximum residual oil content)

Two-stage filtration:

Level 1: Fiber media and media filter alternating layer, filter out larger particles

Level 2: Multi-layer epoxy resin bonded mixed fiber media, coalescence oil mist and filter solid particles

Level 2: Multilayer matrix mixed fiber media, filter out very small aggregates

1 Grade—Hankison Oil vapor filter cartridge

It is suitable for the removal of oil vapor and hydrocarbon vapors which are normally absorbable from activated charcoal. It can remove solid particles as little as 0.01 microns (0.003 ppm w / w residual oil)

Two-stage filtration:

Level 1: very fine active toner stability layer, can filter out the vast majority of oil vapor

Level 2: Multilayer fiber media, bonded micro-fine activated toner, can filter out residual oil vapor

Multilayer fine media to prevent contaminants from wandering

External coating closed foam sleeve to prevent fiber wandering

Under the rated operating conditions, the design life is 1,000 hours
