ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM FEATURES:

1. The Electrical components are used internationally famous brands.Mainly control is adopted US servo numerical control positioning technology. Feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit, die cutting unit are equipped with colorful PLC touch screen, with one-touch machining setting with zero function can be connected to ERP system.

 Lead edge feeder 

1.Servo type None-pressure Lead edge feeder with vacuum suction, wind is adjustable depend on sheet, make sure feed sheet smoothly.
2.Main motor with start protecting device, machine cannot run when machine units aren't lock
3.Continuous or skip feeding available
4.Double feed rollers wrapped with rubber, with groove prevent overpressure, reduce pressed sheet
5.Left-right baffle adjusted by computer with automatic flap, back baffle adjusted by motorized, front baffle manual synchronous adjust.
6.Dust clearance bush and fan to clean dust on board. Air outlet can be adjusted as per sheet size
7.Machine units move by motorized and move with alarm belling to make sure safety.
8.The independent electric box controls the whole machine, and each group can control the machine alone and operate more simply

Slotter unit

Slotting phase adjustment

1.High precision inverter to adjust the speed, 360 degree adjustment, quick time.

2.Phase zero positioning device to guarantee slotting position sameness

Creasing wheel

1.Manual adjustment of creasing wheel and slotting knife head position through precise screw pole.

2.Creasing wheel down shaft, slotting knife down shaft adopt offset ring, close structure for precise positioning.

Slitting and slotting knife head

1.Blade thickness:7mm. Imported high quality alloyed moon-shaped saw slotting blades, high hardness, high endurability, high grindability.

2.Grinded and hard-chromed slotting shaft for stable running.

3.Manual adjustment of slotting knife head, creasing wheel and slitting knife head.

4.Auto detection device of slotting shaft circumferential position, auto record of the position and guarantee the position auto return.

5. Pre-creaser fixed before slotter.

6. Front knife and back knife seated on one shaft.
