1. Avoid the traditional winding machine due to different forces at each point: carton corner concave, product damage, so as to ensure that any shape of the product can be easily packaged.
2. Automatic rope making technology can roll up a coil of film rope and attach it to the tray, which can hold the goods. This ensures that the goods do not slip off the pallets in transit.
3. X200 automatic intelligent winding machine adopts the newly designed upper film cutting system. After the tray is packed, the tail of the winding film will be completely sealed on the tray.
4. When the equipment needs to be adjusted during operation, an alarm will be automatically issued to remind the staff to deal with it in time.
