Round Carbon Fibre Tube, ext. Ø 15 mm, int. Ø 8 mm, thickness 3.5 mm (1000 mm length)

These tubes are comprised of carbon fiber braid and unidirectional fabrics. This product is ideal for building lightweight frames and structures such as trusses. Our carbon fiber tubes have been engineered to be much stronger under torsional and side loading than pultruded tubing.

They're also significantly lighter than pultruded tubing. Our carbon fiber large tubes have been designed so that the unidirectional layers are captured, eliminating longitudinal cracking and splitting. The finish on this product is different from our other product lines. These tubes show the texture of the carbon fiber braid with a wet and shiny appearance.

Advantages of Pull Braiding Tube

1. High modulus: With fiber by cross weave, the modulus is much better than that of pultrusion tube. The strength is almost similar to that of roll wrapped tube.
2. High output: By automatic production, the output of a common pull braiding tube can be 2000meters a day.
3. Much longer: The max length of the pull braiding tube can be 10 meters, with no limit by the mold-like roll-wrapped tube.
4. More economic: The cost is much lower than a roll wrap tube.
