High Performance UV Resistant 100% 3K Roll-Wrapped Carbon Fibre Tube

Our Roll wrapped carbon fiber tubes are manufactured by wrapping a multiple layers of 12k UD and 3k twill/plain carbon fiber prepregs around a metal mould and then cured at high temperature. The UD prepregs are used in core layers whereas the Twill/Plain is on the surface.

Available in matte and gloss finishings, these tubes are not only good-looking but also extremely stiff and strong. Such roll-wrapped tubes are available in round, square, rectangular, hexagon, octagon shapes. All these in tubes are custom made based on client's requirement. The smallest Inner diameter is 5mm and the longest length is 3 meters.

Carbon fiber tubes are extremely strong and stiff but light weight. Hence, if you are looking for strength of a steel/aluminum tube but at 1/3rd weight, our carbon fiber tubes are ideal replacement.

Roll Wrapping:

The phrase ‘roll wrapped’ refers to the process used to manufacture these tubes. The prepreg carbon fibre is first laid up around a mandrel in multiple layers. Once the reinforcement is in place it is spiral-wrapped with heat-shrink tape before the whole assembly is oven cured.

Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, Terms of payment 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

It usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

4. What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. It is fragile we will make the wooden frame. and we also can according to your requirements.

5. What are your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.

6. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
Take photos of the problems and send them to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.

7. Is it OK to print my logo on carbon fiber products?
