Main Equipment Character
1). Main Frame Structure:
The whole frame structure adopts antirust treatment and surface spray coating treatment, and high precision jointing to extend the lifetime of whole system.
2). Train Diagnosis System:
This Train Diagnosis System mainly diagnosis the train entrance and the send the signal to PLC to control the whole train washing plant automatically. Far infrared scanning system provide accurate computer signal for PLC. It has a IP56 class of waterproof.
3). High Pressure Pre-washing System:
This system adopts stainless steel standing Multistage Centrifugal Pumps, keeping high clean affection for train.
4). Detergent Spraying System:
This system is consisted of nozzle, stainless steel pipe, pump, and container and so on.
5)Wax Spraying System:
This system mainly spray gloss wax for train before air drying system to increase the gloss and air drying effect.
6. Air Drying System:
It adopts independent work principle and adopts four sets of Fan Motor
7). Computer Control System:
Autobase electric control system adopts programmable controller of Germany Sienmens and Low-pressure protection device of French Schneide.
8). Console:
This console is equipment with France Schneider mechanical control systems, whose security and stabilizations of work provides the powerful safety control.
9). Pneumatic Control System:
Pneumatic control system is composed by pressure gauge, air pressure valve, pressure adjusting valve and oil and water separator, cylinder, etc. it mainly control vertical brush and roof brush.
