TEPO-AUTO Bus and Truck Wash:
» This model is a mainly recommended model . The washing equipment specially used for bus is designed and manufactured delicately. The machine body of car washer guarantees that the complete machine that will be used for long term has design life of 20 years. It uses three-brush surrounding cleaning mode, Europe imported special hair brush, and full computer control program, which can shun the rearview mirror automatically and allow that the car paint surface of the car being washed is protected to greater degree more safely. This machine can be equipped with full-automatic high-pressure water spray system, automatic chassis cleaning system, sewage circulation process system, and powerful air drying system.
» The abundant foam can clean the whole car and the dirt so as to better clean the vehicle surface.
» The complete machine is machined with international standard parts with the advantages such as antirust treatment and surface spray coating treatment and can consequently satisfy the customers’ highest demands for car washing.
» The machine has five automatic functions
1. Control system for automatic walking, automatic return and automatic stop of traction system;
2. Control system for automatic opening and contracting, automatic switch between positive and reverse rotation of lateral brushes;
3. Control system for automatic ascending and descending and automatic switch between positive and reverse rotation of horizontal brush;
4. Automatic fluid injection by injection system;
5. Control system for trouble alarm and automatic halt.
» High performance frequency transformer, PLC are selected in electric control system for online testing and control of running conditions and technical parameters of the equipment, which achieves mechanical, electrical and instrumental integrated control.
