Used for the automatic assembly of moisture-proof cover and silica gel desiccant cover for pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs and health care products.

Equipment features:
1. This equipment is used for automatic assembly of medicine moisture-proof cap and desiccant cap.
2. It can be used for automatic filling of granular desiccant such as molecular sieve, silica gel, etc., and also can be used for block desiccant and desiccant core assembling.
3. sealing paper sheet is automatically punching paper and film on the equipment, which can reduce the production cost of customers and improve the qualified rate of products.
4. the waste of sealing paper is centrally disposed of, which reduces the workload of operators.
5. Equipped with desiccant centralised feeding bin to prevent desiccant from absorbing moisture and being contaminated during assembly.
6. The round cover is fed by feeding machine, which is stable and fast.
7. Each step of the assembly process is equipped with testing function to ensure that the qualified products are 99% good products.
8. Equipped with automatic counting function, which is convenient for production statistics.
9. Good and defective products are output from separate outlets.
