The G-Tech Fusamatic™ Electrofusion Saddle Tee is a premium fitting designed specifically for pressurized drilling ("tapping") operations on HDPE pipelines.
Intelligent Welding Technology:
Patented Fusamatic™ System: Each fitting incorporates an integrated resistor.
Fully Automatic Parameter Identification: When connected to G-Tech's compatible SBOX electrofusion welder, the system automatically detects the fitting and precisely determines the optimal heating time and welding parameters required for a perfect, certified weld.
Simplified Operation: Eliminates manual programming errors. Operators simply connect the welder and press "Start" – the technology ensures consistent, high-integrity welds.
Pressurized Drilling Capability: Engineered specifically for safe and reliable tapping into live, pressurized HDPE mains, enabling branch connections without the need for shutdowns or pressure reduction.
Reducing Sleeve Configuration: Facilitates connections between pipes of different diameters.
