Understanding Water Descaler

Water descaler play a vital role in addressing the common issue of hard water. Hard water refers to household water that contains higher concentrations of dissolved minerals, specifically calcium and magnesium. While these minerals are not harmful and do not affect the taste, smell, or safety of the water, they can still have negative effects on various aspects of daily life.

How It Works

1. Polarization of Water Molecules

• When water flows through the CPRS® alloy, weak polar water molecules become strong dipole water molecules (“water magnets”).

• These polarized molecules strongly attract Ca²⁺ and CO₃²⁻ ions, keeping them suspended in water instead of forming scale.

2. Breaking Scale Formation

• Normally, CaCO₃ and MgCO₃ crystals combine with colloids like SiO₂, Al₂O₃, and CaSO₄ to form hard deposits.

• CPRS® technology interrupts this bonding, causing crystal lattices of existing scale to break down, allowing deposits to detach gradually.

3. Anti-Corrosion Mechanism

• The CPRS® micro-electrochemical field captures electrons from metal surfaces.
