It is designed and manufactured in compliance with ASME, ISO9001:2015, ISOEN3834 standards. It is available in customized sizes and thicknesses to meet the requirements of different customers. It is packaged in Iron frame Packing, Wooden Cases, Pallet, etc. for safe transportation. The minimum order quantity is 3 TONS and the price is negotiable. The delivery time depends on the quantity and the payment terms are 30% after contract and balance 70% before shipment, or 100% L/C at sight. The supply ability is 100 tons/Month.
H-shaped finned tubes (H-fin tubes), commonly termed H-type rib tubes or butterfly tubes, are formed by symmetrically welding two arc-shaped steel pieces to a bare tube, creating fins (ribs or butterfly structures) that visually resemble the letter "H". The fins feature a rectangular profile with near-square dimensions, where each side is approximately twice the diameter of the bare tube—functioning as extended heating surfaces.
Utilizing flash resistance welding technology, these fins ensure high weld fusion efficiency, superior post-welding tensile strength, and excellent thermal conductivity. For enhanced structural rigidity in long tube row applications, double-tube "double H" fin tubes are also available, offering robust mechanical stability.

The boiler fin tubes are packaged in wooden crates or cartons, with each tube wrapped with an individual cardboard sleeve. The crates are then placed on a pallet and covered with a waterproof tarp to ensure the safety of the tubes during shipping.
The shipping method will depend on the size and quantity of the order. For smaller orders, the boiler fin tubes are shipped via small package carriers such as UPS or FedEx. For larger orders, the tubes are shipped via freight carriers such as R&L Carriers or Estes Express.
