1.Production Description
Our PVC ceiling tiles production line is a new kind of products in the domestic market and is dedicated device
for producing PCV ceiling tiles board. The production line is controlled by computer and conveyed by chains
and wheels, automatically accomplishing coating, heating, laminating, cold pressing and hot pressing.

3.Automatic sealing machine
This machine is a gypsum board ceiling decoration edging equipment, PLC photoelectric automatic
control, high speed, high capacity. Edging tight and firm.
Double direction cutting technology is used to cut the gypsum board all at once. The adoption of two-time cutting
and burring device has reduced the difficulty of the edge-sealing as the cut boards are smooth without burrs.
