Performance introduction of the retractable bleacher seating:
The retractable bleacher seating has versatility and makes full use of the effective indoor area to meet the requirements of multiple seats under different use functions. Convenient operation and control, flexible function configuration. The retractable bleacher seating is powered by a motor to ensure that the movable stand can be expanded and contracted easily and without deviation. The retractable bleacher seating has excellent structural design, beautiful appearance, large load capacity, reliable safety measures, accurate positioning, easy operation, convenient maintenance, and low noise.
Parameter requirements
1. The design requirements of the retractable bleacher seating
(1) In addition to the weight of the seat itself, the grandstand also satisfies the following load: dynamic load per square meter of 450kg; per meter length can withstand a swing load of 36kg.
(2) The guardrail design satisfies the horizontal force as follows: the guardrail can withstand 135kg per meter.
(3) Stand strength The stand structure strength is ≥200kg for each static load; the impact strength of the bed frame: each static load is ≥200kg. The middle load of each layer is ≥80kg, and the height of 300mm is not deformed. The overall structure is stable under dynamic load, and the bearing surface is not deformed.
(4) There are safe railings on both sides and the rear edge of the stand, and the surface is sprayed with plastic, so there is no need to plug and unplug during the expansion and contraction of the movable stand.
(5) The front of the stands is beautiful in appearance, and there are anti-skid strips on the stands to prevent the audience from slipping up and down.
Description of motor and power system of retractable bleacher seating:
(1) During operation, it can cooperate with a movable control switch to perform forward and backward.
(2) Imported deceleration motor is used to drive gear transmission, and the special wide PU friction wheel is used to rub against the floor to promote the movement of the stands. All motors in each part realize the expansion and contraction of independent modules, and special codes are equipped to ensure parallel between modules. Each code is controlled by a computer system.
(3) The driving system can ensure that when encountering ground defects and obstacles, it provides sufficient power and does not run off the track.
