Description
Corrosive material drum decanter(corrosive material melter)
The corrosive material decanter from our factory is a highly efficient, reliable and productive decanting unit custom designed to deliver the best in class productivity and reliable performance. These decanters are specially designed to reheat and melt corrosive material packed in drums. Designed for use in association with bulk storage tanks the melted liquid is automatically transferred from the decanter reservoir to the storage tank during the decanting process.
For today’s requirements, we have developed the most performing drum melting unit actually available in the market. Reliability, user-friendly and high efficiency are the key features of these machines, widely sold to all major industrial contractors, most of which owning more than one unit for each of their different job sites.
Melting plant components
The equipment mainly consists of melting tank, lifting system, tipping devices, drum plate, dripping liquid collect system, hydraulic propulsion system, thermal oil heating system, liquid pump, pipe system, and electric control system.
Working principle
The equipment adopts automatic spring door sealed box structure. The drum is lifted by electrical hoisting. The hydraulic propeller pushes drum plate into the melter, and using the hot thermal oil from external boiler as the heating source.
Continuous production one full drum in and one empty drum out from the other end.
Features
Protecting environment: closed-construction and no pollution.
Saving energy: which make fully use of hot air from outside boiler to melt and make corrosive material coming out of drums. The closed-construction saves 50% energy sources compared with the exposed one.
Taking corrosive material out of drums thoroughly: the equipment use hot thermal oil indirectly heat up the wall of drums, corrosive material near the wall of drums can be rapidly melted, and then the whole corrosive material in drum will discharge thoroughly.
Having the function of automatically removing residue with a residue filter.
Perfect applicability: it can be applicable to many types of drums. It doesn’t influence operation even if the drum is out of shape.
Better dehydration: it uses stainless pump with vast displacement to realize inner-cycle and sub-atmospheric dehydration of liquid.
High reliability: the equipment introduce automatically control system and international-brand electric parts.
