The electroplating line gantry line is an automated electroplating production line that takes the gantry traveling mechanism as the core conveying unit, runs across tanks along a fixed track, and realizes the horizontal transfer and vertical lifting of workpieces among various plating tanks. Its core advantages are large-load conveying and open operation.

Core features

• High load capacity: The gantry structure is stable, and a single crane can carry 50-500kg of workpieces, making it easy to handle heavy or large-sized products such as automotive parts and large hardware components.

• Open operation: The production line is laid out in an open layout, with plating tanks, cleaning tanks and other equipment arranged along both sides or one side of the track, which is convenient for workers to conduct daily inspections, maintain the bath solution and repair the equipment, and makes fault handling more convenient.

• Stable conveying efficiency: The running speed of the crane, positioning accuracy (up to ±1mm) and the time spent in the tank are controlled by PLC programming, avoiding coating defects caused by workpiece shaking and ensuring consistency in batch production.

• Flexible expansion: The track can be flexibly extended according to production capacity demands, supporting an increase in the number of trains or the expansion of plating tank modules, and is suitable for large-scale production ranging from a single production line to multi-line linkage.
