The Energy Storage Battery Performance Test Equipment is primarily designed for evaluating the performance of various types of energy storage systems, including mobile, home, industrial, and outdoor energy storage, as well as power lithium batteries and mobile base station backup power supplies, Utilizing advanced digital signal processing technology and high-precision sensors, this equipment can monitor the operational status and performance of batteries in real-time, assessing parameters such as voltage, current, capacity, dynamic internal resistance, and temperature. It supports a wide range of tests, including battery life aging, battery pack capacity, charging characteristics, discharge characteristics, charge retention capability, charge-discharge efficiency, and overcharge and overdischarge tolerance. The battery pack's charging and discharging processes can be precisely controlled through customizable comparison conditions, ensuring balanced operation.
The system comprises a bidirectional DC voltage converter (DC/DC module), a bidirectional AC/DC inverter, a control module, a power module, a cooling system, a data acquisition system (for individual cells, total voltage, current, and temperature), and an upper computer data processing system.
