Equipment Features
1. This prismatic cell sorting machine includes brand computer, software system, precision voltage and internal resistance tester, code spraying mechanism, batch feeding mechanism, manipulator automatic grading, automatic discharging and other mechanisms.
2. According to the AC internal resistance, open circuit voltage and other parameters of lithium battery, the battery is accurately divided into groups according to various performance parameters, and the maximum number of one-time divided groups is 8 groups, so as to improve the consistency of pack battery quality and cell performance.
3. The AC internal resistance and open circuit voltage are collected by the high-precision testerHIOKI BT3562A, HIOKI DM7275. automatic collection, automatic control of sorting process, simple operation, abandoning manual participation, ensuring the accuracy of test parameters and the reliability of matching process, improving and ensuring the performance and quality of pack products.
4. High degree of automation, hopper feeding and simple operation. It can test and match about 600 cells per hour, can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.
5. The performance data of the cell tested by the system adopts the database management mode, which is stored for a long time and has strong traceability. Cooperate with the data analysis function to conduct long-term monitoring and analysis of product performance and quality, so as to guide the improvement of R&D and improve the production process.
6. The industrial control computer collects data and automatically generates curves and bar charts. The system has the function of database, which can trace and export historical data.
