Installation Requirements with Leak Testing Equipment:

Installation shall be executed solely by trained professional installers.
For on - site equipment installation, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
(1) Main Power Supply
Electrical Parameters: Three - phase 5 - wire 380VAC, 5KW power.
Switch: One air switch is required. It should be mounted with a ground clearance of at least 1.5M and be within 2M of the equipment's main unit placement position.
(2) Gas Supply
Helium: At least one bottle of bottled helium (40 liters, 12MPa) is needed, equipped with a pressure reducing valve set at 0.6MPa.
High - purity Nitrogen: Bottled high - purity nitrogen (purity ≥99.999%) with a pressure reducing valve set at 0.2MPa.
Compressed Air: Clean compressed air with a pressure of at least 0.55MPa, fitted with a 1/2″ ball valve.
All gas supply interfaces should be within 1M of the machine's placement position.
(3) Others
Prepare an outdoor exhaust pipe with a diameter of at least 3/4″. Its interface should be within 1M of the machine's placement position.
