The Xingte XT-DGRXJ multi-strand motor stator winding machine is a specialized device used in electric motor manufacturing. It efficiently winds multiple wire strands onto a stator core, forming motor coils. One key benefit is its simultaneous winding of multiple coils, reducing winding time significantly compared to single-strand methods, especially useful in mass production settings.
This machine enhances mechanical strength and durability by distributing current capacity across wires, minimizing overheating risks and ensuring a reliable motor. It is crucial for efficient and precise winding in mass production, improving production speed and supporting high-quality motor manufacturing.
Multiple sets of servo linkages are utilized to wind multiple wires into the stator slots. This process is efficiently carried out with the assistance of a 10-inch LCD touchscreen interface, making it easy to operate in English. Moreover, it allows for the storage of multiple sets of winding data simultaneously.
The winding process is fully automated with a single station that automatically winds the wire, hooks it, changes the slot, passes the wire, and taps it. The automatic thread clipping and trimming process utilizes precision ball screws and linear guide hooks to neatly arrange the threads, ensuring a tight and consistent winding. Additionally, a multi-strand thread tension system is employed, providing stable tension throughout the winding process.
This machine is equipped with the latest servo motor, boasting a simple and exquisite structure. Through NC control, it can simultaneously control 4 axes, making it adaptable to specification changes. This makes it suitable for the multi-axis control of servo motors in multi-strand wire winding, resulting in a higher slot fill rate and enhanced winding precision. The tension control and adjustment are simple, and the electronic tension can be easily set for different types of winding wires.
